To calculate Freight please click 'add to cart' button, and use the shipping calculator found on the new page you'll be taken to.

Each time you add or subtract an item from your cart you can calculate your shipping charges.

Discounts are automatically built into the system when they apply.

We ship most orders the next business day, otherwise they will ship within 2 working days.

We use TNT or local couriers to ensure:

• Quick delivery (1-3 working days to most places)
• Easily Track Deliveries (we email you a tracking number once dispatched
• They have great care for our product
• The product remains our responsability until it arrives with you
• Dead on arrival or damaged should be reported immediatly, it will be covered by warranty or replaced.

Purchasing these goods means that you have entered into a contract of sale with Renovi Pty Ltd.

Please pay for your item immediatly so that we can dispatch your goods quickly.

If an item arrives damaged we will fix or replace it.

If in the unlikely chance that something arrives and it does not function we will send a service agent out to check the item. It will be fixed if it can be, or replaced if the agents states it can't be fixed.

Returns are welcome but please note:

• We will pick up the item with TNT
• We will check the item is saleable and in its undamaged original packaing
• We will then refund you payment LESS ebay, paypal or credit card charges and the freight charge for each way.
• ie if we charge $20 to get it to you, we will not return $40 to pay for the return freight also.
